Personal Injury Case Manager (Bilingual – English/Spanish).
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls.
- Communicate with clients.
- Follow up regularly.
- Track medical treatment and records.
- Assist with resolving property damage claims.
- Coordinate lost wage documentation;
- Provide support to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients throughout their cases.
