This Direct Hire opportunity is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with 45 years of construction litigation experience, with an emphasis in personal injury matters, who thrives in a collaborative environment while managing matters independently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle construction litigation matters, including case development, discovery, motion practice, and resolution strategies.
- Support personal injuryrelated construction litigation cases, including liability assessment, causation analysis, and damages evaluation.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare high-quality written work product, including pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
- Manage assigned matters independently while collaborating effectively with partners and litigation teams.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders throughout the litigation process.
Requirements/Education:- 45 years of construction litigation experience required.
- Experience with personal injury matters strongly preferred.
- General civil litigation experience preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials required.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills required.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities required.
- Active admission to practice law in the State of Florida required.
