Personal Injury Law Firm Marketing/Social Media Coordinator

About the Role:
Lawson Law Firm PC is looking for a creative and driven Marketing/Social Media Coordinator to join our growing personal injury law firm in Lawrenceville, GA. We are looking for a person who can shape the voice and online presence of our law firm. Candidate must be passionate about storytelling, digital marketing, and making a real impact, creative, and have unique ideas to create growth and attract clients.



Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create compelling marketing materials, graphics, and videos that highlight the firm's personal injury practice areas and client success stories
• Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews to maintain a strong online reputation
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media advertising and Google Ads
• Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to optimize campaign performance and report results
• Manage website content updates and support SEO strategies to drive organic traffic
• Coordinate community outreach, sponsorships, and local events to build brand awareness

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong copywriting and communication skills with an eye for engaging, on-brand content
• Experience with paid social media advertising and Google Ads is a plus
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices and website content management
• Connect the firm with community oritented events
• Help promote the firm beyond internet marketing
• Experience in legal marketing or a professional services environment is preferred
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
