Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (301/o)

Growing personal injury law firm focused on helping those who have been injured or lost loved ones from negligence and misconduct especially in the areas of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and nursing home negligence is looking to add an experienced personal injury litigation attorney to their team.  The firm prides itself on offering a high standard of customer service and delivering the best possible legal representation for their clients.Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of litigation experience and trial experience is preferred.  This is a full-time onsite position at the firm’s Hollywood, FL office. 

 Responsibilities include:

• Ability to review, analyze and draft pleadings
• Experience reviewing records to effectively draft demand letters and negotiate with insurance carrier and opposing counsel
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations and trials in state and federal court
• Manage cases, support staff and meet client expectations effectively

Qualifications:

• Florida Bar license in good standing
• 4+ years of litigation experience, trial experience is preferred
• Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of litigation cases from inception to trial
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be proactive, and a self-starter
