MW Talent is working with a well-established personal injury law firm in Ohio to hire a Litigation Attorney for a fully in-person role. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who value in-office collaboration and active courtroom involvement.

About the Role

You will manage a full litigation caseload and work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution or trial.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury cases from filing through trial

• Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and motion practice

• Prepare cases for trial and assist with courtroom proceedings

• Draft pleadings and legal documents

• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in Ohio

• Minimum of 4 years of personal injury litigation experience

• Strong litigation, organization, and communication skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases effectively
