Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for admission
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
• Personal injury litigation experience preferred
• Experience handling discovery, motions, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage an active caseload
• Excellent organizational and case management skills
• Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities
• Stable employment history preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Manage client communications and case development
• Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy
