Our attorneys are expected to be proactive, client-focused, and committed to delivering strong results.Responsibilities Handle personal injury litigation matters from intake through resolution or trialManage all phases of discovery (drafting and responding to written discovery)Take and defend depositionsDraft and argue motions and court appearancesConduct legal research and case analysisNegotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counselWork with medical experts on causation and damagesCommunicate with clients throughout the case lifecyclePrepare cases for mediation and trialRequirements Experience in civil litigation (personal injury preferred)Strong knowledge of litigation process and proceduresExperience with depositions, discovery, and motion practiceAbility to independently manage a caseloadStrong communication and negotiation skillsPreferred Experience Plaintiff personal injury (auto, trucking, premises liability, catastrophic injury)Trial exposure or trial preparation experienceMedical malpractice or complex injury litigation experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with matchingPaid time offIn-office, team-oriented, and collaborative culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
