Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

MOET Law Group, APC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice in Irvine, California . This in-person role is ideal for a trial‑ready attorney who can independently manage a high‑volume personal injury litigation caseload from pleadings through trial.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent plaintiffs in personal injury litigation , including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and assault casesManage cases from initial responsive pleadings through trialDraft, file, and argue pleadings, discovery, demands, motions, and memoranda of lawPrepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearancesTake and defend depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and expert witnessesConduct trial preparation , including motions in limine, jury instructions, special verdict forms, trial briefs, and exhibit listsPerform law and motion work , including summary judgment motions, demurrers, and discovery motionsReview, analyze, and summarize medical records and damages evidenceWork with and prepare expert witnesses , including reports, affidavits, and testimony coordinationCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients , guiding them through the litigation processSupervise and collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staffRequired QualificationsActive California State Bar license in good standing (required)4+ years of personal injury litigation experience , including trial work (required)Ability to independently manage a high‑volume litigation caseloadStrong written and oral advocacy skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesHigh level of professionalism, accountability, and client service focusSelf‑motivated with long‑term career growth goalsPreferred QualificationsJury and bench trial experienceSpanish‑speaking ability a plusExperience litigating complex personal injury mattersPrior experience supervising paralegals or litigation support staffJob DetailsJob Type: Full‑timeSchedule: 8‑hour shiftWork Environment: In‑personSalary Range$150,000 – $220,000 annually (DOE)Benefits & PerksCompetitive salary401(k)Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Paid sick leaveWork Location RequirementsAbility to commute to Irvine, CA (required)Ability to relocate to Irvine, CA prior to start date (required)Equal Employment OpportunityMOET Law Group, APC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
