The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent litigation and negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.Responsibilities Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall casesConduct legal research and investigate claims to develop effective case strategiesGather and analyze evidence to support clients' casesInterview clients, witnesses, medical providers, and expertsNegotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counselManage cases from intake through resolution, including litigation when necessaryAppear in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trialsProvide clients with regular case updates and legal guidance throughout the litigation processCollaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case managementQualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive admission and good standing with the State BarPrefer 5 years or more of experience handling personal injury casesProven track record of successfully negotiating settlements and litigating casesStrong knowledge of personal injury law and civil procedureExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to independently manage a substantial caseloadStrong organizational skills and attention to detailClient-focused mindset with a commitment to achieving positive outcomesWhat We Offer Competitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
