Location
Plano, Texas – This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll collaborate closely with our litigation team. Occasional flexibility may be available when needed, but this is primarily an on-site opportunity.
Note
To be considered, you must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience. We welcome experienced litigators from law firms, in-house legal departments, or solo practices who have a strong plaintiff personal injury background.

Job Description
- Manage personal injury litigation cases from intake through resolution.
- Develop litigation strategy and prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers.
- Maintain regular communication with clients while providing strategic legal guidance.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance litigation environment.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Bar license.
- 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
- Experience handling cases independently.
- Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple active litigation matters simultaneously.
- Professional judgment and commitment to outstanding client service.
