About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected personal injury firm handling complex litigation cases from inception through trial. The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom and experienced in managing high-value cases.

What You’ll Do

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Handle motion practice, hearings, and court appearances
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in trial preparation and trial proceedings
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Review medical records, police reports, and case documentation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Experience handling depositions and court appearances
• Familiarity with California litigation procedures
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases independently
