About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected personal injury firm handling complex litigation cases from inception through trial. The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom and experienced in managing high-value cases.
What You’ll Do
Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Handle motion practice, hearings, and court appearances
Take and defend depositions
Participate in trial preparation and trial proceedings
Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Review medical records, police reports, and case documentation
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience
Strong legal research and writing skills
Experience handling depositions and court appearances
Familiarity with California litigation procedures
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases independently
