Litigation Paralegal – Plaintiff Personal Injury (Remote)

Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in plaintiff personal injury? Do you thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment where your attention to detail and case management skills directly contribute to successful client outcomes?

We are partnering with a respected and rapidly growing plaintiff personal injury law firm seeking a Remote Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through every stage of the litigation process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex caseloads, collaborating with a dedicated legal team, and making a meaningful impact on clients' lives—all while working from home.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a high-volume AND/OR Complex plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from filing through trial.
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, correspondence, and trial documents.
  • Coordinate and maintain litigation calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial dates.
  • Organize and review medical records, billing records, and supporting case documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, witness files, and mediation packages.
  • Assist attorneys with discovery, document production, and trial preparation.
  • Maintain accurate electronic case files using case management software.
  • Ensure compliance with court rules and filing deadlines in state and federal courts.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in plaintiff personal injury.
  • Strong knowledge of the litigation process from complaint through trial.
  • Experience drafting legal documents with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with medical records, liens, damages documentation, and discovery.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple cases while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal case management systems such as Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Needles, Litify, Clio, or similar platforms.
  • ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
