We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of litigation experience to support attorneys through all phases of case management, from intake through resolution and trial preparation. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational, client communication, and litigation support skills. Personal Injury litigation experience is strongly preferred.Responsibilities Provide administrative, clerical, and litigation support for active case files.Maintain attorney calendars and monitor case deadlines, hearings, and litigation events.Schedule depositions, mediations, pre-depositions, hearings, meetings, and conferences.Manage case documents using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and FileVine.E-file legal documents through state court E-Portal systems and assist with additional court filings.Assist attorneys with preparation for depositions, hearings, conferences, and trial.Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, subpoenas, and other litigation-related documents under attorney supervision.Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties.Coordinate CourtCalls, Zoom hearings, and virtual proceedings.Support discovery, fact-finding projects, and case investigations.Maintain organized and accurate electronic and physical case files.Perform additional litigation and administrative duties as assigned.Qualifications 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.Personal Injury litigation experience strongly preferred.Familiarity with discovery procedures and litigation processes.Experience with state court e-filing systems preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and FileVine or similar case management software.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to client service.#J-18808-Ljbffr
