Ideally, candidates should have at least 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience and a passion for helping clients and building a career. Candidates will be expected to assist litigation attorneys with all aspects of Circuit and District Court litigation, including, but not limited to, drafting complaints, effecting service, responding to discovery requests and assisting with trial preparation.
