One of New York's Leading personal injury law firm is seeking a career-minded, bilingual Litigation Paralegal Trainee to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated, professional individual who is interested in building a career in personal injury litigation. While prior personal injury experience is not required the successful candidate must be eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be prepared to take on increasing responsibility as they develop their legal skills. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in managing all aspects of personal injury litigation.
Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and courts.
Maintain organized electronic case files and ensure deadlines are met.
Learn to draft legal documents, including Notices of Claim, Summons and Complaints, Bills of Particulars, Discovery Demands and Responses, Subpoenas, and trial preparation materials.
Learn New York court filing procedures and assist with electronic filings.
Learn to manage cases from intake through trial while taking on increasing responsibility as training progresses.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional client service.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented and dependable.
Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new case management software.
Positive attitude with a genuine interest in personal injury litigation.

Onsite Monday - Friday
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Annually, based on experience and qualifications.
