    About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Operations Manager to oversee and improve the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑volume Texas plaintiff personal injury law firm. This leadership role is responsible for driving accountability, improving systems, increasing efficiency, and ensuring excellent client service across intake, pre‑litigation, and support operations.The ideal candidate has strong law firm operations experience, understands plaintiff PI workflows, and can lead teams while implementing measurable operational improvements.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across intake, pre‑litigation, records, demands, case management, and support teamsBuild, document, and enforce SOPs for firm workflowsManage staff performance, accountability, workload distribution, and trainingTrack KPIs including lead conversion, settlement cycle time, demand readiness, and operational efficiencyImprove communication between intake, case managers, vendors, and leadershipMonitor case management systems, task completion, and file qualityIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvementsManage vendors including marketing agencies, records providers, call centers, and software systemsAssist leadership with staffing forecasts, operational planning, and budgetingHelp maintain high client satisfaction and reduce client complaintsPrepare operational reports and performance updates for ownershipQualifications5+ years of law firm operations or legal operations experience3+ years in plaintiff personal injury strongly preferredStrong understanding of Texas PI workflow from intake through settlement/litigation supportExperience managing teams in a high‑volume environmentExperience with legal case management software and KPI reportingStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to enforce accountability and improve team performanceBilingual English/Spanish is a plusBenefitsCompetitive Compensation: Enjoy a highly competitive salary and bonus structure that rewards performance.Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and more.Work‑Life Balance: Flexible work arrangements to help maintain a healthy work‑life balance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
