This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The ideal candidate is a proactive legal professional who thrives under pressure, exercises sound judgment, and is genuinely invested in positive outcomes for injured clients. You will work directly alongside our attorneys to manage active caseloads from initial intake through settlement or trial.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDraft and prepare demand packages, pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with precision and within established deadlinesManage and maintain case files across all stages, from intake through resolution, ensuring documentation is accurate and currentConduct thorough legal research and summarize findings for attorney reviewReview and analyze medical records, accident reports, bills, and other case‑critical documentsCoordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel on case‑related mattersServe as a primary point of contact for clients regarding case status updates, maintaining a professional and empathetic communication standardOrganize and prepare trial exhibits, deposition binders, and materials for mediations and court appearancesMonitor case deadlines and maintain shared case calendars using case management softwareSupport attorneys with administrative and procedural tasks as needed to advance the efficient resolution of casesQUALIFICATIONSRequired2–5 years of hands‑on experience in personal injury lawParalegal certification from an ABA‑approved program, or an associate's or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related fieldDemonstrated proficiency in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and demand packagesWorking knowledge of Georgia civil procedure and court filing requirementsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high‑volume caseload without sacrificing accuracyProficiency with legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexisAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a deadline‑driven environmentPreferredExperience with case management softwarePrior experience coordinating directly with medical providers and insurance adjustersBilingual proficiency in Spanish and EnglishCOMPENSATION$50,000 – $72,000 annually, commensurate with experienceBENEFITS401(k) plan with employer matchingPerformance and milestone bonusesComprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Flexible PTO, including two weeks of paid vacationSick and personal daysPaid federal holidaysParental leaveLashgari & Associates is an equal opportunity employer.
