The Paralegal will support attorneys across all phases of personal injury and civil litigation. The Paralegal is an effective communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that involves sensitive subject matter and complex case management. It requires close collaboration with attorneys, investigators, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively from intake through resolution.ResponsibilitiesDraft pleadings, motions, and court filings in accordance with applicable court rules and deadlinesCoordinate with judges' offices and opposing counsel on scheduling, hearings, and case-related mattersMaintain litigation calendars and ensure all critical deadlines are tracked and metPrepare discovery requests and responses, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissionOrganize and manage discovery documentation throughout the lifecycle of each caseServe as a primary point of contact for clients, providing case updates and gathering necessary informationMaintain organized and up-to-date case files in the firm's case management systemQualifications3-5 years of civil litigation experience, including drafting motions, preparing discovery, reviewing records, scheduling, e-filing, and trial preparationPrior experience in personal injury lawProficient in legal calendaringProfessional verbal and written communication skillsStrong client relations and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with keen attention to detailTechnology savvy and proficient in Microsoft, including Excel and Word#J-18808-Ljbffr
