A well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Manager to support its busy pre‑litigation team. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys meaningful client interaction. You will manage personal injury case files, coordinate medical documentation, prepare demand packages, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients navigating the claims process.
Paralegals in personal injury often face pain points such as high caseload volume, unclear workflows, limited attorney access, inconsistent communication from medical providers, and lack of professional development. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre‑litigation process
- Collect, review, and organize medical records, bills, and damages documentation
- Prepare settlement demand packages for attorney review
- Draft settlement calculations and settlement-related documents
- Monitor case timelines and ensure matters progress efficiently
- Schedule appointments and coordinate communications with clients and third parties
- Prepare routine correspondence and manage incoming mail and case documentation
- Maintain organized, accurate case files using case management software
- Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal or case manager
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a legal team
Preferred
- Experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement
