    Now Hiring: Personal Injury Paralegal – Chicago, IL (In Office)

    Are you an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal looking to join a fast-paced, client-focused law firm? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury cases.

    The ideal candidate has experience handling plaintiff's personal injury matters, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about helping clients navigate the legal process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist attorneys with all phases of plaintiff's personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
    • Draft legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and demand packages.
    • Order, review, and organize medical records and bills.
    • Maintain and update case files in the firm's case management system.
    • Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
    • Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and client appointments.
    • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of case-related tasks.
    • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular case updates to attorneys.

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff's personal injury paralegal experience.
    • Strong knowledge of the personal injury litigation process.
    • Experience drafting legal documents and managing case files.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • High level of attention to detail.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management software.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
    • Experience preparing settlement demands.
    • Experience with medical record and billing review.
    • Trial preparation experience is a plus.
    • Familiarity with Illinois court procedures and e-filing.
