Now Hiring: Personal Injury Paralegal – Chicago, IL (In Office)
Are you an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal looking to join a fast-paced, client-focused law firm? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury cases.
The ideal candidate has experience handling plaintiff's personal injury matters, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about helping clients navigate the legal process.

Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with all phases of plaintiff's personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
Draft legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and demand packages.
Order, review, and organize medical records and bills.
Maintain and update case files in the firm's case management system.
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and client appointments.
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of case-related tasks.
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular case updates to attorneys.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff's personal injury paralegal experience.
Strong knowledge of the personal injury litigation process.
Experience drafting legal documents and managing case files.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management software.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience preparing settlement demands.
Experience with medical record and billing review.
Trial preparation experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Illinois court procedures and e-filing.
