Plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking to hire a managing paralegal with a minimum of 5+ years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience to join our growing offices in Fort Lee, NJ. Candidate must speak fluent Korean. Excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, friendly environment to develop your paralegal skills. Applicant must have minimum 5 years' (Plaintiff's) litigation experience. Must be able to draft pleadings independently. Must know New Jersey plaintiff's personal injury litigation procedure. Long term working commitment preferred. Immediate hire. Salary commensurate with experience. Full benefit package available. Please email resume with salary requirement.Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearDuties (including but not limited to):Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, drafting Summons and Complaints and interrogatoriesOrganize and maintain case files, including indexing and e-filing documentsPerform data entry tasks to update case information in document management systemsAssist with gathering medical records to send to insurance companies and adversariesSpeaking with clients to provide status updatesRequirements:Strong organizational skillsProficient in file management, including organizing and maintaining case filesKnowledge of legal terminology and proceduresAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
