Personal Injury Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background working on civil liitgation matters from intake to resolution. Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

• 3+ Years experience as a paralegal
• Experience in personal injury preferred
• Organized exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs
• Assist attorneys with interrogatories and discovery requests
• Liases between trial team and third parties, medical providers
• Communicate with retained experts
• Assist with voir dire, jury selection and witness preporation
• Subpoena medical, billing and radiology records, employment records
• Summarize writeen discovery and document productions

Litigation Paralegal Requirements:

• Must be competent and proficient in Word, Outlook, One Drive, Magellan
• Ability to handle multiple databases of information and be comfortable organizing data
• Ability to work independently and problem solve
• Communicate with internal and external third parties
• Trial preparation and trial support experience preferred
• Knowledge of motions,discovery, evidence, litigation documents, court rules and procedures
• ABA approved Paralegal Certificate or relevant certification
• Ability to record billable time
