Burnett Specialists is partnering with a highly respected Houston-based plaintiff law firm that is urgently hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal to step into a critical, high-impact position. This is not a back-office roleyou will be trusted to manage your own docket and play a key role in case strategy and execution.
Position: Litigation Paralegal Personal Injury (Plaintiff) Location: Houston, TX (Onsite first 90 days, then hybrid) Compensation: $70K$90K DOE

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a full docket of plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through trial preparation
Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence in Texas state and federal courts
Coordinate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
Prepare cases for trial, including exhibits and binders
Track deadlines and maintain organized case files
Support case strategy and execution alongside the Managing Partner
Qualifications:
5+ consecutive years of plaintiff personal injury experience (non-mass tort required)
Strong experience with motor vehicle accidents and 18-wheeler cases
Experience in both Texas state and federal courts
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
