Personal Injury Paralegal

This Personal Injury Paralegal supports through all phases of personal injury cases, from intake and pre-litigation through litigation and resolution. This role manages case files, gathers and organizes records, communicates with clients and insurance carriers, assists with settlements, and supports attorneys with discovery, court filings, and trial preparation.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, accident reports, and other case documentation.
• Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Coordinate court filings, service of process, depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Monitor case deadlines and maintain accurate case records.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness files, and case summaries.
