Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join a law firm in Minneapolis, MN. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.

The Paralegal's responsibilities include:

  • Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and trial documents
  • Organize case files, maintain docketing/calendar deadlines, and file documents with state and/or federal courts
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, experts, and insurance carriers
  • Prepare deposition summaries, medical chronologies, and trial binders
  • Manage and organize discovery materials, evidence, and exhibits
  • Coordinate scheduling for depositions, mediations, and hearings
  • Support attorneys during trial preparation and trial, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a busy litigation docket
  • Proficiency with e-filing systems and case management software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
