Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join a law firm in Minneapolis, MN. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.
The Paralegal's responsibilities include:
Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and trial documents
Organize case files, maintain docketing/calendar deadlines, and file documents with state and/or federal courts
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, experts, and insurance carriers
Prepare deposition summaries, medical chronologies, and trial binders
Manage and organize discovery materials, evidence, and exhibits
Coordinate scheduling for depositions, mediations, and hearings
Support attorneys during trial preparation and trial, as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
Strong understanding of litigation procedures and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a busy litigation docket
Proficiency with e-filing systems and case management software
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
