Position Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to join our fast‑growing personal injury law firm. Salary range: $65,000–$80,000, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 50% employer‑paid health, dental, and vision insurance, a 4% 401(k) match, and 18 days of paid time off. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Litigation Legal Assistant who is ready to grow with us.Key Responsibilities Draft, file, and serve complaints.Draft and respond to discovery demands, motions, and related filings.Manage and maintain the litigation calendar and case deadlines.Request and follow up on records from medical providers and other entities.Comply with court orders and deadlines.Perform legal research as needed.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably on the plaintiff side of personal injury matters.Strong legal writing, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume environment.Fluency in Spanish is a requirement.Proficient in litigation procedures and calendar management.Detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping injured clients.Experience: 2+ years drafting complaints; 2+ years drafting BI/PIP/Tort claims; 2+ years drafting discovery motions; 2+ years New Jersey Personal Injury Litigation.What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A positive and collaborative work environment.The chance to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives.If this sounds like a fit for you, please apply!#J-18808-Ljbffr
