At Rodnick, Piraino & Ingber PLLC, the Personal Injury Paralegal plays a central role in supporting the firm’s litigation practice and ensuring that personal injury matters move efficiently from intake through resolution. As a boutique law firm focused on providing personalized legal representation, the firm relies on strong attorney-paralegal collaboration to maintain high-quality client service, timely case management, and effective advocacy for injured clients.
The purpose of this position is to assist the attorneys in the preparation, filing, and management of personal injury lawsuits while serving as a key point of coordination between the firm, clients, medical providers, courts, and other parties involved in litigation. The paralegal will work directly with attorneys to initiate complaints, prepare and file required court documents, maintain litigation deadlines, and organize case materials necessary to support each matter.
This role is critical to the firm’s overall success because it helps ensure that cases progress efficiently, filings are completed accurately and on time, and clients remain informed and supported throughout the litigation process. The Personal Injury Paralegal also plays an essential role in gathering and organizing medical records, bills, insurance information, and other supporting documentation needed to build and advance each client’s case. By managing these operational and procedural responsibilities, the paralegal allows attorneys to focus on legal strategy, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy while maintaining the firm’s commitment to responsive and effective client representation.
