    Description

    A growing and mission-driven law firm is seeking an experienced Managing Plaintiff Attorney to lead and oversee sexual abuse litigation matters on behalf of survivors. This is a unique opportunity for a compassionate and strategic attorney to take on a leadership role while making a meaningful impact through high-stakes advocacy.

    The ideal candidate is an experienced litigator with strong leadership abilities, excellent client communication skills, and a deep commitment to plaintiff-side representation.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee a caseload involving sexual abuse and survivor litigation matters
    • Lead litigation strategy from intake through resolution or trial
    • Supervise and mentor attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
    • Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations
    • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients while handling sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
    • Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and operational growth


    Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
    • Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction
    • Significant experience in plaintiff-side litigation
    • Prior experience handling sexual abuse, personal injury, or trauma-related cases strongly preferred
    • Demonstrated leadership or management experience
    • Strong courtroom, negotiation, and case management skills
    • Ability to manage sensitive and emotionally complex client interactions with professionalism and compassion

    • Strong mentorship and team leadership abilities
