    Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

    Note: Active Nevada bar licensure is required. Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience and 2+ years of management or supervisory experience. Candidates who do not meet these thresholds will not be considered.

    Job Description

    • Supervise, mentor, and train Case Managers, Legal Assistants, and pre-litigation support staff across a high-volume personal injury department
    • Develop, refine, and implement case management protocols that improve efficiency, consistency, and client experience from sign-up through resolution or litigation transfer
    • Review and evaluate personal injury claims — assessing liability, damages, insurance coverage, medical treatment, and case viability
    • Provide real-time legal guidance to Case Managers on case strategy, client issues, insurance matters, treatment coordination, and claim development
    • Monitor case quality, deadlines, client communication standards, and department workflows to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
    • Negotiate settlements where appropriate and coordinate timely, well-prepared handoffs to the litigation team
    • Partner with Intake leadership to oversee quality lead conversion and help optimize the intake-to-pre-lit pipeline
    • Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, medical providers, and other attorneys relevant to case development
    • Collaborate with firm leadership on department performance, KPIs, and operational improvement initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Active Nevada State Bar license in good standing (required)
    • 3+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience (required)
    • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience (required)
    • Strong working knowledge of PI claims, liability evaluation, insurance issues, medical damages, treatment coordination, and settlement strategy
    • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment
    • Experience with SmartAdvocate or comparable case management software preferred
    • Strong client-service orientation, sound legal judgment, and professional communication skills
