We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our clients' fast-paced plaintiff litigation team. This role is ideal for a results-driven attorney who thrives in a high-volume environment and is confident taking cases from file through trial.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high-volume docket of personal injury cases
Handle all phases of litigation from case evaluation through trial
Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Develop case strategy, prepare witnesses, and represent clients in court
Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case progression and strong client communication
Qualifications:
5+ years of personal injury trial experience required
Proven ability to manage a large caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and case strategy abilities
Licensed and in good standing in the state of Texas.
Salary: $170k-$220k base + a determined % of settlement fees
