Overview:
Handles plaintiff-side personal injury and property damage cases from intake through trial. This role focuses on litigation strategy, client advocacy, and trial execution in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury and property damage cases from intake through trial
• Meet with clients, provide guidance, and maintain strong client relationships
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and settlements
• Prepare cases for litigation, including discovery and trial strategy
• Handle negotiations and settlement discussions
• Conduct trial work (first chair preferred)
• Provide regular client updates and strategic input on case direction
• Work independently while collaborating with internal teams

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with the South Carolina Bar
• 6+ years of litigation experience
• Plaintiff-side litigation experience
• Trial experience, including jury trial exposure
• Strong negotiation, case evaluation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage cases independently from start to finish

Preferred:

• 5+ jury trials as first chair
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience in both personal injury and property damage claims
• Mentorship or leadership experience
