Under the direction of the Director of Sales, the Personal Lines Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business sales to drive organic growth and to provide a high-level of customer service in retaining and servicing Personal Lines Accounts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new personal lines accounts that meet agency standards.
- Generate new business appointments through networking, referrals, and other sources to attract and retain clients.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across departments and expand lines of business on current accounts.
- Meet or exceed assigned annual new business revenue and retention goals.
- Proactively manage an assigned book of business using the Epic Agency Management System.
- Obtain information requested by company underwriters.
- Partner with sales advisors in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Employee Benefits to present personal insurance as a voluntary benefit to employees of current clients and prospects, including:
- On-site marketing and quoting
- Presentation of personal insurance products offered
- Review new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing, endorsement forms, and coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing support and educating clients on coverage, needs, and potential gaps.
- Act as a claims advocate in coordination with Agency Claims resources when applicable.
- Adhere to standardized workflow procedures and report daily activities to the Team Lead of assigned branch(es).
- Service personal lines accounts to eliminate coverage gaps and reduce E&O exposures.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers, producers, and company personnel.
- Actively attend and participate in agency sales and service meetings and trainings.
- Grow and develop insurance knowledge and professional talents in accordance with The Ansay Way.
- Pursue continuous professional development, including staying current with industry and carrier changes, ongoing training, and professional designations.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any other related degree
Experience:
- Related experience includes previous sales & service experience,
Licenses & Certifications
- Property & Casualty Licensed per state requirements
- Life License preferred
- Additional Designations preferred

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft products and other technical tools relevant to the role.

- Ability to identify, research, and resolve problems, and review materials for accuracy to summarize policies for customers.
