Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Personal Lines Account Executive to theirAcentria team in Lakeland, FL.Job Summary:The Personal Lines Account Executive is responsible for marketing new accounts to insurers, processing renewals and endorsements, handle client claims and other typical personal lines account servicing.Essential Functions:Reviewing clients and prospects existing coverages; identifying gaps/weaknesses in coverage and offering solutionsCross-selling and account rounding whenever possible along with asking for referralsWorking in a team environment with the goal of growing our business profitablyBecome proficient in our Agency Management System and other personal lines related systemsUtilizing technology and systems to educate, communicate and engage clients year-roundFamiliarize yourself with our other business units and products/services offered by the agency for cross-sell opportunitiesMeet with carrier reps and maintain a working knowledge of their target markets and product offeringsEnsuring new business quotes/submissions, renewals and endorsements are complete and processed in a timely mannerEngage with underwriters, as needed, on new business and/or renewal issuesDocument and update customer records based on interactionsCompetencies & Qualifications:Ability to build a rapport with clients and prospectsPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEducation & Experience:Minimum of 2+ years previous experience in a personal lines account executive or account manager position20-44 or 2-20 LicensePrior experience with Applied EPIC and QuoteRUSH a plus
