Our team was retained by a growing and independent insurance agency local to Athens, AL, that is currently seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Professional to join their growing independent insurance agency.  This is a leadership position within the Personal Lines team of their organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client and carrier relationships
  • Be a leader within the Personal Lines team
  • Understand Personal Lines and keep engaged with industry and competitive landscape
  • Work alongside team in the sales and marketing process
  • Complete renewal and new business applications for submission to carriers
  • Drive quality and consistency within marketing and renewal workflows

Qualifications

  • Property & Casualty License or currently qualified to obtain P&C State License
