Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a critical role in servicing and managing personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the agency's continued success. Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, plus 50% commission on new business.

Responsibilities
Manage and service standard personal lines accounts, including quoting, servicing, and rounding.
Handle both new and renewal business with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
Collaborate with producers and other team members to support the agency's growth and success.
Maintain a professional and client-focused approach in all interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong background in quoting, servicing, and rounding accounts.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems.
Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in Erie or similar captive environments are highly desirable.
