About the Role
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will own the day-to-day management of an assigned Personal Lines book of business and serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders. This role is focused on delivering exceptional client service, managing renewals and remarkets across multiple carriers, conducting annual coverage reviews, and identifying opportunities to provide clients with additional coverage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an assigned Personal Lines book of business and own the renewal process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, providing responsive and consultative client service.
Manage renewals and remarketing activities across multiple insurance carriers.
Conduct annual coverage reviews to evaluate client needs and identify potential coverage gaps.
Identify and pursue cross-selling and additional coverage opportunities.
Maintain strong client relationships focused on retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
Utilize multi-carrier rating and quoting platforms, CRM/AMS systems, and comparative rating tools.
Communicate effectively with clients and carrier partners by phone, email, and other appropriate channels.
Maintain accurate account information and documentation while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
Contribute to Allegiance's continued Personal Lines growth following recent acquisitions.
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty license in good standing.
1–3 years of Personal Lines account management experience.
Experience managing an existing book of business.
Strong consultative client service and annual coverage review skills.
Experience with multi-carrier rating and quoting, CRM/AMS systems, and comparative rating tools.
Strong written, verbal, phone, and email communication skills.
Resourceful, organized, and effective in a fast-paced team environment.
Bachelor's degree or related field, or equivalent work experience.
