About Our Client
Our client is a highly successful, well established independent insurance agency that is currently hiring for their Lampasas, TX office. The Lampasas location has been voted Best of the Best in Lampasas County for 9+ consecutive years and prides itself on offering personalized and responsive customer support to their clients. The agency is looking to add a valuable Personal Lines Account Manager to their experienced team.

Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Personal Lines Account Manager role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze client needs and work as a team alongside licensed insurance agents. Your key responsibilities may include:

  • Consistently perform service and sales administration tasks in a high volume, face paced environment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and in person by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform accurate data entry, quote and process policy changes, issue certificates of insurance as well as prepare new business and renewal quotes and applications.
  • Utilize analysis skills helping the producing agent to assess client requirements and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
  • Respond timely to underwriting requests from insurance companies.
  • Agent and customer assistance with claims filing and processing.
  • Agent and customer assistance with billing and payment processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency success.


Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year or equivalent experience in the insurance industry, preferred but not required.
  • Active Texas Property and Casualty License, preferred but not required.
    • Must be willing to become licensed within 90 days of hire. Agency will pay for classes and licensing fees.
  • Experience with e-signature platforms such as DocuSign.
  • Experience with Insurance related Client Management Systems.
  • Experience with Acord Forms and Supplemental Questionnaires.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on client needs.
