About the job:
Full Time (40 Hours per week) In-Office at our Lynn, MA location
The Personal Lines Customer Service Rep is responsible for;
Preparation of automobile registration forms (RTAs)
Binders
Payment processing
Processing of Policy Changes
Maintain accurate client account and contact information on agency management system
Maintain follow-up and suspense items on a daily basis, creating clear and accurate activities after client/company contact
Work closely with producers and sales team to build strong client relationships and to enhance the quality of customer service
Compiles, organizes and maintains client information to process new business, renewals, endorsements and certificates of insurance
Requirements Include:
Three years experience in an independent property and casualty insurance agency based in Massachusetts.
Experience with AMS 360 is preferred
Must have working knowledge of insurance rating software, Microsoft Office, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Attention to detail, deadlines and ability to multi-task
MA Brokers P&C License is Preferred
Professional designation preferred (CIC, AAI, CISR, CRM etc.)
