Personal Lines Account Manager – High-Net-Worth

We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager with a strong background in High-Net-Worth insurance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships and providing a high-touch, concierge level of service while managing a sophisticated book of business.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Manage and service a high-net-worth personal lines book of business with a strong focus on client retention and satisfaction.
Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients through responsive, personalized service.
Work with leading high-net-worth carriers, including PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati, AIG Private Client, Berkley One, and similar markets.
Provide guidance on personal property and casualty coverages, policy servicing, renewals, and coverage needs.
Handle endorsements, renewals, remarketing opportunities, and coverage reviews accurately and efficiently.
Review policies and identify potential coverage gaps or opportunities to better protect clients.
Manage a high-volume workload while maintaining strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Collaborate closely with producers, carriers, underwriters, and internal team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Utilize insurance carrier platforms and agency management systems; AMS360 experience preferred.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:

Several years of Personal Lines Account Management experience, preferably within the high-net-worth market.
Strong knowledge of personal property and casualty coverages, underwriting guidelines, and policy administration.
Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Active Property & Casualty license required.

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience.
