Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their personal insurance needs, including home, auto, and umbrella policies.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.

Review existing policies to ensure clients have appropriate coverage and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling relevant products.

Assist clients in the claims process, offering guidance and support through every step.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.

Stay informed about new insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations to better serve clients.


Requirements

Active Maryland Producer's License for Personal Lines (Required).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A genuine desire to help clients protect their assets and achieve peace of mind.
