Job Description
A growing agency is looking for a Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager to handle a small to middle-market desk. Hybrid work schedule 3/2.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Will work with and support the personal lines account management team.
- Will handle processing endorsements, help with billing problems, claims notices, and assist with marketing.
- Processing endorsements, handle certificates, billing problems, update applications, claims notices, and perform various other administrative duties.
- Experience with agency management systems (Epic, AMS360, EZLynx or another).
- Strong computer skills needed.
- Great work-life balance, ability to learn and grow.
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 remote).
