Salary Range: $55000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional service during every interaction.

Assist clients with inquiries regarding their personal insurance policies, including coverage, billing, and claims.

Process policy changes, renewals, and new applications accurately and efficiently.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products that meet client needs.

Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date in the agency's system.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

A positive attitude and genuine desire to help people.

Active P&C License
