Responsibilities

  • Providing Exceptional Service: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate assistance with their insurance needs.
  • Policy Management: Handle policy inquiries, changes, and updates promptly and efficiently.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve client issues, complaints, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Current P&C license required
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with personal lines insurance policies and coverages is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle policy information and documentation.
