Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will possess:

- Strong negotiation skills

- In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products

- Excellent client management skills

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service

- The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

- P&C Insurance License is preferred but not necessary

Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

- Establishing working relationships with clients, potential clients, and the companies we represent through phone, email, and written correspondence

- Supporting teammates with follow-up for clients and prospects

- Researching and resolving coverage questions

- Promptly responding to client needs either on the phone or electronically

- Maintaining client files and processing routine correspondence between our agency and the client or company, both in paper records and across our various software programs

- Cultivating new opportunities and offering additional lines of insurance through consultative selling

- Assisting with other office duties as they arise and are needed
