JOB REQUIREMENTS: Interact with customers to provide information in
response to inquiries about policies, and to handle and resolve customer
needs. Process Applications: Reviewing insurance applications to ensure
that all information has been received properly Policy Changes:
Complying data on insurance policies. Confirm appropriate changes were
made to resolve the customer needs. Policy Cancellations: Process
cancellation of policies as requested. Policy Reinstatements: Gather
data on lapsed policies for reinstatement Claims: Gather information
from clients Quoting: finding appropriate companies to fit client's
needs. * OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Insurance
experience, must have a P&C License, office experience, good personality
and communication skills, typing, computer skills, data entry, strong
organizational skills, able to work well with others and independently.
