Essential Duties:
• Identify and develop a thorough understanding of prospective client operations and exposures necessary to identify their specific insurance needs.
• Ensure the design of insurance programs to meet the needs of prospects and clients to earn their trust and become a trusted advisor.
• Prepare and ensure the professional quality of insurance underwriting submissions, prospect and client proposals and presentations, sales reports, professional communications (i.e., letters, memos, emails, etc.)
• Ensure timely annual review of existing client insurance service programs to ensure that any need for change or improvement is promptly recognized and met.
• Provide continuous professional advice, guidance, and suggestions for improving the risk management clients and prospects.
