Sawyer Insurance and Financial, a thriving agency in Lake Norman since 1975, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team along with our four-legged mascot, Annie the Insurance Dog.

The Opportunity:
You will be an ambassador for our clients, guiding them through the often-complex world of personal insurance. 

• Consulting and Advising: Engaging with clients to understand their unique needs and recommend tailored personal lines insurance solutions.
  
  
• Building Relationships: Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and proactive follow-ups.
  
  
• Sales and Quoting: Preparing competitive quotes, and effectively presenting coverage options.
  
  
• Policy Management: Assisting clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  
  

We're Looking for Someone Who Has:

• Active North Carolina Property & Casualty Insurance License with at least 1 years in personal line insurance sales or service.
  
  
• Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding service.
