Personal Lines Marketing Assistant - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 70k/year - Totowa, NJ

• Our client, an established and growing independent insurance agency near Totowa, NJ, is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Marketing Assistant to join their team. This role supports personal lines account executives and producers with policy servicing, marketing and remarketing, invoicing, and document management within Applied Epic.

Responsibilities:

• Support personal lines account executives and producers with servicing a large book of personal lines insurance business.
• Assist with personal lines marketing and remarketing, including renewal-related activities.
• Process client transactions, including invoicing and updating insurance and policy documents in Applied Epic.
• Maintain accurate client and policy records within Applied Epic.
• Process and document renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in support of personal lines.
• Current valid Property & Casualty license.
• Experience with Applied Epic.
• Ability to work in office full time.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 40k - 70k/year range.
